  • Tickets are refundable up to 48 hrs prior to event date, after which no refunds are applicable.
  • All tickets must be paid in full prior to event date. No payment means that the ticket will be forfeit and possibly re-sold.
  • This event will be photographed. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to your image possibly being used through Chamber of Commerce Marketing Channels.
  • Please note that the Queenstown Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel or postpone this event. If the event does not take place on the advertised date, if possible, we will reschedule the event for a later date. If this happens, your event registration will be automatically moved to the new event date. If you cannot make the rescheduled event date, you will receive a refund of the full ticket price.
