Staff Housing Information Series: Core Logic & QLDC

A free three-part Staff Housing Information Series run by the Queenstown Business Chamber of Commerce with funding support from Te Hau Toka Southern Lakes Wellbeing Group, aiming to provide more detail about purchasing, leasing, and managing worker accommodation to help business leaders with decision-making.

Core Logic (Kelvin Davidson, Chief Economist)

Kelvin will talk about the real estate market, particularly for those looking to invest in worker accommodation, as well as giving a wider New Zealand perspective, current trends, and what’s happening in Queenstown.

QLDC (Anita Vanstone, Strategic Growth Manager)

Anita will provide more detail about the district’s housing strategy and context about how it affects people’s businesses.

With funding support from Te Hau Toka Southern Lakes Wellbeing Group, livestreams and session recordings will be made accessible to all.

All tickets must be paid in full prior to event date. No payment means that the ticket will be forfeit and possibly re-sold.

Please note that the Queenstown Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel or postpone this event in case that Government Restrictions make it impossible to hold. If the event does not take place on the advertised date, if possible, we will reschedule the event for a later date. If this happens, your event registration will be automatically moved to the new event date. If you cannot make the rescheduled event date, you will receive a refund of the full ticket price.
