Workshop: Pitching for Investment

Pitching for Investment

Pitching for investment is about capturing the hearts, minds… and wallets of your audience. Yet so often entrepreneurs are so absorbed by the intricacies of their product or service that they forget the basics - that their audience of prospective investors firstly needs to like, trust and have confidence in them.  Competency is key, but decisions are made on emotions first and logic second.  Your audience needs to be excited about the idea and its potential, so that they show you their money, not the door!

This short workshop will help you to construct and deliver a pitch that sparks interest.  You’ll learn how to:

  • Create a positive first impression
  • Craft a compelling case for your proposition
  • Include the right content in your pitch
  • Structure a clear and impactful message that grabs attention
  • Bring your idea to life to capture the imagination
  • Build trust, respect and confidence
  • Communicate with impact and clarity
